Over the course of our 12 + hours together, you will get to know yourself better than you thought possible. This program is designed to uncover and resolve the deep-rooted, often completely out of awareness “stuff” that is holding you back.

 

By identifying things such as limiting beliefs about your abilities, held on to negative emotions, unresolved inner conflicts we can, through a series of tailored processes, clear the way for you to achieve the results you want.

If you’re ready to stop smoking, committed and motivated, then this stop smoking program makes it easy. Most smokers that are ready to stop just can’t get over the line with conscious will power alone. Together we will work directly with the conscious and unconscious mind (where much of the processes are happening) to change the behaviours and patterns that lead to smoking addiction in the first place.
