Hi my name is James Pearson.


In short I am on a mission to help people to eliminate unwanted patterns of thinking that are holding them back so they can reach their true potential and achieve success.


Over the last 5 years I have invested tens of thousands of dollars and hours to immerse myself in the very best training and education to develop an array of skills and tools that can help me on my mission.


It has been my privilege to experience the very best in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and all round human behaviour. I have learnt from experts including Tony Robbins, Tad & Adrianna James,  Dr John De Martini, Mike Mandell, Freddy and Anthony Jacquin and Luke Hawkins.


This training has given me an in-depth knowledge and understanding that provides me with a range of techniques and abilities to meet my client’s needs.

I have purposely combined tools and techniques that work with the conscious and unconscious mind. When the two are congruent and integrated then change is permanent.


I used to get bogged down in “what” something is? Caught up in the detail. For those like I used to be, who like definitions please keep reading. For me, the question I now ask and I believe you should be asking is “Does it work? Does it get results” the answer to this is an uncategorical yes, these tools and techniques I use work because they get results.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?


NLP explores the connection between how a person thinks (neuro), the language they use (linguistic), and their patterns of behaviour and emotions (programmes).  It is a collection of different tools and techniques which at their core provides insights into human communication. How we communicate to our self and to others - and how that communication influences behaviour. These tools, when used skilfully, lead to profound change via practical ways to to transform the way you think and behave. It’s a science that helps you achieve change.


Time Line Therapy ® 

Imagine letting go of all that negative emotional baggage from your past like unresolved anger and hurt. Imagine releasing all the limiting beliefs holding you back. Imagine the freedom you’ll feel. Time Line Therapy ® enables this. So what exactly is it?

Time Line Therapy ® is a powerful technique which has evolved from the established fields of Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It’s a process of active imagination, and involves working consciously with the unconscious mind.

Think of an event in your past, say an amazing birthday. Now, think of what you are planning to do on your next “milestone” birthday? A big party? Where will you be? Who will be there.

Now ask yourself “How do you know that one event is in the past and the other is in the future?”. The answer is your “Time Line”. Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously index and store your memories so that they can be accessed.

Time Line Therapy ® works on the principle of a gestalt. A gestalt is a collection of emotional  memories on significant life events that are all linked together and that by releasing the emotion on the first event, by identifying empowering learnings, the emotions on subsequent events will also be released. It’s a safe and content free (meaning you don’t have to relive any of your experiences or share it with me) approach.


What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis (or trance) is a totally natural state – we all experience it every day. It is an enhanced state of awareness and narrowed focus (have you ever been totally into watching a gripping episode on TV?). 

During Hypnotherapy I will work with you to induce this state of focused attention and from there we have the ability to communicate directly with your unconscious mind, by using positive and appropriate suggestions, and together we will open the door to the countless possibilities for healing, self-exploration and personal change.


You are ALWAYS in control and will only do things that you want to do. Hypnosis is about empowerment.
